Yes. Pickup is available on Wednesdays and Saturdays between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm.
With proper refrigeration, meals should last between 5-6 days.
Before heating, open the top and place back on but not sealed. All microwaves vary, but we find the best results between 1:45-2:30 minutes.
